Most of what I'm good at comes down to two things: selling and managing people. I've sold over the phone and face to face, I've built and run teams, and I've trained people on new tools until they could teach their own teams to use them. When a process is clunky or a team is stuck, I'm the person who maps out what's slowing them down and puts something better in place. Here are two examples of systems I built on the job.
